Our mission is to provide immersive experiences that enrich participants' understanding of Israel's culture, history, and innovation, empowering them to foster well-informed future leaders with a deep awareness of global geopolitical issues.

We work in collaboration with education experts and seasoned travel professionals who specialize in creating enriching and safe educational experiences for Eden participants. Our partnerships ensure meticulous planning, curated itineraries that align with the programs goals, and comprehensive logistical support, allowing educators and students to focus fully on learning and cultural immersion.

2. How is the travel experience funded?

All costs associated with the travel experience for our participants are covered by Eden. We are able to provide this through generous donations from individuals, organizations, and sponsors who believe in the educational value of cultural immersion and global learning. These contributions cover transportation, accommodation, meals, program activities, and educational resources for participants.

3. Why Israel?

Israel offers a unique opportunity for educators to explore rich history, diverse culture, and a dynamic innovation landscape. Known as the "startup nation," Israel has emerged as a global leader in technology, with groundbreaking advancements in sectors such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology. Educators visiting Israel can witness firsthand the innovative spirit driving these achievements, gaining insights that can inspire and inform their teaching of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects.

Moreover, Israel's advancements in medical research and healthcare innovation are noteworthy, with pioneering developments in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and treatments. The country's agricultural sector also boasts remarkable achievements in sustainable farming techniques, desert agriculture, and water conservation technologies, which have global relevance in addressing food security and environmental challenges.

By exploring Israel's tech hubs, medical centers, and agricultural innovations, educators can enrich their curriculum with real-world examples of ingenuity and problem-solving, preparing students to understand and engage with the global impact of Israeli innovations on society and the economy.

4. What makes Eden different from other organizations that take educators to Israel?

Eden stands out by specializing in providing transformative educational experiences specifically designed for high school and middle school educators. We recognize the pivotal role educators play in shaping students' worldview and academic pathways during their formative years. Our programs are meticulously crafted to align with the unique needs and curricular goals of educators preparing students for college and beyond. By focusing on this critical educational stage, Eden ensures that participating educators gain insights and resources that directly enhance their ability to enter the greater world with knowledge they would not otherwise have.

This commitment to middle and high school educators distinguishes Eden as a leader in providing impactful and relevant educational travel experiences to Israel.

5. What is the content/itinerary of the trip?

The itinerary of the trip will be customized to align with the specific educational goals and interests of participants, ensuring a personalized experience that maximizes learning and cultural immersion.  We do have a base itinerary which includes visits to historical sites, cultural institutions, educational seminars with local experts, interactive workshops, and opportunities for dialogue with educators and community leaders. Each day is carefully planned to maximize learning, reflection, and cultural exchange, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Israel's complexities and contributions to global society.
